So If you dont know already I have been trying to lose weight and eat better and here are a couple of my yummy finds.
Fiber one oats and carmel bars - chewy and carmel with 9 grams of fiber
Amy's Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque - better than some resturants. I found it in the regular soup isle at Albertsons.
Homemade Pita chips- Take a whole wheat pita cut it in triangles and then seperate them into one thickness I just tear them but you can cut them. Spray with some spray butter and them sprinkle with sea salt. Broil until they are crispy. Yum yum yummy!
